Book it
Pay one month of rent within 3 days of our confirmation to hold the home. It counts as your first month.
Sign and move in
Sign the lease, pay the rest plus a deposit of one month of rent, and collect your keys.
Live there
Report anything that breaks on WhatsApp. We arrange the repair with the owner.
You deal only with us. We sign the lease on behalf of the owner, and every payment goes to the company account, never to a personal account.
