People come to Bali to work, to raise a family or to start again. Whatever brings them, they need a home that is comfortable and fairly priced. That is what we do.
Ubud Housing rents out houses and villas for a month or longer. We see every home ourselves, show the owner's asking rent in rupiah, and stand between tenant and owner from the first message to the day the keys come back. You deal with one company for the lease, the payments and the repairs.
We started in Pejeng, next to Ubud, with homes in the villages we know best. We want Ubud Housing to be the first place anyone looks when they plan a long stay in Bali.
For tenants
Real photos, the asking rent in rupiah, and one contact for everything after you move in.
For owners
We find the tenant, sign the lease for you, collect the rent and arrange repairs. You pay our fee only in months the house is rented.
Long stays only
We rent by the month or the year. We do not offer nightly or holiday stays.

Ubud Housing adalah nama dagang yang digunakan oleh perseroan perorangan (PT Perorangan) yang didirikan di Indonesia berdasarkan hukum Negara Republik Indonesia.
Perseroan dimiliki sepenuhnya oleh satu orang Warga Negara Indonesia. Seluruh modal perseroan berasal dari dalam negeri dan tidak ada kepemilikan asing.
Status and ownership
Ubud Housing is the trade name used by a sole shareholder limited company (PT Perorangan) established in Indonesia under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
The company is wholly owned by one Indonesian citizen. All of its capital is domestic and there is no foreign ownership.
Kegiatan Usaha
Jasa pengelolaan dan pemasaran rumah tinggal milik pihak lain untuk disewakan jangka panjang, dengan imbalan jasa berupa persentase dari uang sewa (KBLI golongan 682, Real Estat Atas Dasar Balas Jasa (Fee) atau Kontrak). Kami juga memasarkan tanah dan rumah atas nama pemiliknya.
Kami tidak menyewakan rumah secara harian atau untuk menginap wisatawan.
Business activity
Management and marketing of homes owned by others for long term rent, for a fee calculated as a percentage of the rent (KBLI group 682, real estate activities on a fee or contract basis). We also market land and houses on behalf of their owners.
We do not rent homes by the night or for holiday stays.
