Many of our owners live overseas. We find the tenant, sign the lease for you, collect the rent and arrange repairs. You get a monthly report and your share of the rent in your bank account. Tenants never see your name or contact details.

Repairs up to Rp 2.000.000. Anything more waits for your approval, unless it is an emergency.

A report by the 10th of every month
Our fee
15% of the rent we collect, with a minimum of Rp 1.000.000 for each month the house is rented. Nothing when the house is empty. Your share reaches your bank account within 7 working days of the tenant paying.
How to start
